Dead Sea Salt

Washing with Dead Sea salt improves the condition of your skin and its overall health.

Dead Sea Salt:

• maintains the skin's hydration level, making, for example, dry skin less dry.
• cleans and disinfects.
• removes dead skin cells.
• gives the skin a healthy appearance.
• Reduces the formation of wrinkles.
• relieves and remedies chronic skin conditions.

Using Dead Sea salt has no harmful side effects. It's ideal for home use: it doesn't leave any residue in the bathtub or sink and has an unlimited shelf life.

Prepare a salt lotion:

• Dissolve 250 g of Dead Sea salt in 750 ml of water. This 1:3 ratio is the same as that of the Dead Sea and is therefore very effective.

Put this solution in a plastic bottle and store it in the bathroom.

You can store salt lotion for a long time. If it becomes cloudy over time, it's time to replace it.

• For the bath: Dissolve one cup of Dead Sea salt in a tub of warm water. Soak for 15 minutes, then cleanse your skin with mild soap and warm water.
• For a foot bath: Dissolve half a cup of Dead Sea salt and soak for ten minutes. Dry your feet thoroughly and apply a foot cream.
• In the shower: After showering, rub the salt lotion into your skin using a flannel and let it dry on your skin or pat yourself dry. You can also rinse it off, but this will negate some of the effect.
