Characteristics
The hormonal changes of puberty can have a significant impact on the skin, especially on the face, shoulders, chest, and back. Increased sebum production can make the skin oilier and more susceptible to acne. This usually disappears with adulthood, but sometimes, especially in women, acne can persist into middle age.
Careful
- Cleanse your skin in the morning and at night.
- Use warm or cold water to cleanse your face. This will prevent sebum production from being stimulated.
- If you suffer from blemishes, apply acne lotion before going to bed. You can also use a mud mask once or twice a week.
- Avoid touching your face with your hands. Otherwise, your skin will become constantly irritated and bacteria will remain on the skin's surface.
Exercise outdoors regularly. This ensures better blood circulation and a fresh complexion. - Make sure your face and neck are as far away from long hair and scarves as possible. They are major carriers of bacteria. Tie back your loose hair and wash scarves regularly.
- Do you suffer from pimples? No matter how tempting it is to pick or pop them, pressure can cause skin inflammation. If you can't avoid it, at least use a tissue to prevent infection. Then, apply a facial massage with toner.
