usage tips

  • Apply the mud to the skin.
  • Leave on for 15-30 minutes.
  • Rinse well with warm water.

  • Heat the open top sachet (do not add water) in a saucepan with hot water or in the microwave over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Make sure the mud is not too hot when applied to the skin.
