Usage tips

  • Remove nail polish from your nails and wash your hands.
  • Use the blue side to remove any nicks and irregularities on your nails by moving it back and forth over the nail surface for a few seconds. Repeat this once a month. This file is 1x on the block.
  • Use the gray side again for a few seconds to remove any remaining irregularities and stimulate blood circulation beneath the nails. This ensures healthy, strong growth. Repeat this twice a month.
  • Buff each nail for 5-10 seconds with one of the white sides until a nice shine appears. This shine lasts one to two weeks, depending on your work. You can use this step as many times as you like. This is only good for your nails!

usage tips

Step 1 – Smooth (Blue Side)

Move the file over your nail for a few seconds to remove ridges and uneven spots, creating a smooth base. Use this step a maximum of once a month.

Step 2 – Refine (Gray Side)

Refines the nail surface and stimulates blood circulation for healthy, strong nails. Use twice a month.

Step 3 – Polish (White Side)

Buff each nail for 5-10 seconds with the white side for a spectacular shine. The shine lasts up to 2 weeks and can be repeated as often as you like.
